Custom clinic themes may be developed for a team, facility, school, or compatible athlete group.
OUR DEVELOPMENT PATHWAY
TEAMGOLDUSA uses USA Swimming’s American Development Model (ADM) to guide long-term development. Coach Marc Stanley matches instruction to demonstrated skills, readiness and learning style, with Competence, Character, Confidence and Connection woven into coaching.
AGO: Levels 1–2 · AGOQ: Levels 3–4 · JR/SR: individual levels, principally 5–6 · Home School: individual levels.
These are curriculum guides. Each swimmer’s ADM level and next steps require coach assessment.
